What to expect as part of the team:
Tripple Tee Care Givers enable our clients to remain living at home, by providing the support and care they need to help them achieve maximum independence.
Typical duties may include companionship, meal preparation, shopping, personal care, running errands, light housekeeping and gardening, dementia care and respite care.
As a Care Giver you will be expected to work with clients, rather than for them. You will encourage them to regain their confidence, whilst also promoting their self-respect and dignity.
You will provide the highest standards of care, respect confidentiality at all times and understand that care shifts can cover early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
No prior care experience is necessary as we provide introductory and on-going training and job shadowing to gain experience and confidence. So if you like meeting and interacting with people in a very rewarding career, please contact us. We would be delighted to talk to you.
Sponsored training is provided enabling carers to attain qualifications up to and including QCF (formerly NVQ) Level 3; excellent rates of pay are available together with a generous mileage allowance.
